I think sending them ahead will allow the Board to answer in the most correct way, and will allow them to research any answers. Be prepared to grill them on it if they sidestep the jist of the question though.

Answering impromptu questions can be very difficult, and seeing the questions firsthand at the AGM may result in a lot of "can't say at this time" or "That information is not available, can I get back to you"
