How about these:

1. With or without passage of Resolution #12, will the company allow EVERYDAY Share Holders in on the next Private Placement the company undertakes?

2. When does the company anticipate doing the next Private Placement?

3. Should Resolution #12 fail to pass muster, or otherwise pass such muster, could the company inform Share Holders of this fact by way of a News Release immediately?

4. If/When the company entertains entering into special new arrangements with any other company respecting any potential Merger or potential BuyOut of specific assets, be they the Mc Fauld's Lake Areaassets or the many other Assets held out right by the company or held in Joint Venture with any other company (KWG), could the company inform the Share Holders of such potential immediately? And then, at that time gently raise the potential of associating any such Merger or Buy Out with a proposal to also then conduct a Share Consolidation?

5. What is the status of the UC Resources Letter of Intent regarding the 55% Joint Venture arrangement? And, When can all parties concerned make public the the EXACT status of this Letter of Intent? And, What is next respecting anything coming out of this? And, When will Share Holders be informed of the follow on plans once this Letter of Intent matter is reported concluded?

PS: Hope my questions are pertinent!!! Seems almost all other matters are of a different ilk and I may have different interests in how a company can reasonably help keep its Share Holders up to speed on the fundamentals of management as opposed to the day to day operations, but so be it.
