NOT's Share Holder Rights Plan is very good and put in place at just the right time.

Spider Resources is looking like they are at the right time now for something the same.

NOTE TO EVERYONE:

This is the time to let the Management of this company know we, the Share Holders, are TRULY very appreciative of their excellent qualities, skills, and determination!

As for the Resolution, well, that is business, and it is understandable that they have been looking at it very seriously, and likely long before DE1 HAPPENED, but I hope they can understand the prespective of many of their Share Holders. Tiuming is now on our side and therefore the company does need to address this eventual need, but soon, as opposed to NOW! The potential to address it in combination with EXTREMELY Significant near term events would be hopefully the more effective way of handeling it.
