I'll see what I can find out. The AGM will probably be the best place to get an idea of how the Board is working together.

And specific to Neil Novak, John Defur in one of his posts wondered whether Neil might NOT have backed the idea of a reverse split. However, as the CEO, he must "know" what he's talking about when it comes to this issue.
