Congratulations Snug, you and the other folks at the meeting and all long shareholders of NOT did a heck of a job in defeating resolution #12. After reading your report my gut tells me that we may have won this one but we need to be vigilant in the future, as I think this will come back. When you look at the number of votes cast it only represented 1/5th of the outstanding float. They obviously got the message that we're not about to roll over and let them get away with this sort of stuff.

Was there any discussion at all on a JV with Noront? It's great to read that they have an interest in Wawa, and that NN thinks there could be a kimberlight pipe, wow now that's another area would surely move the SP.
