Just to add a few numbers to this. JD did say that he and his group had close to 25 mill shares that were voting no. Snug and friends accounted for another 5 mill+. There were a lot of posters on here that said they were voting no but didn't give numbers. If there were 37 mill shares voting no, it seems that most of them were on this forum at some time in the last couple of weeks. The point here is that someone also said that we could not influence the outcome from this forum. It is obvious now that we did it. By open discussion, we as a group, have formed an opinion, voted accordingly and had our day.
