You are a little late getting into this discussion. Check the board postings for as far back as you want and you will see endless discussion on this.

The fact is the resolution was voted down. I voted yes to the resolution, but I also posted about three weeks ago that regardless of the oputcome, all Spider shareholders have to be united from this point on to both support the company and to raise the profile of this great investing opportunity.

So don't start a discussion on the value of a RS because only a "basher" set on keeping Spider down would be posting those thoughts at this time. IMHO

Spider is going to "climb up the water spout" very soon and we will all be winners.
