You picked up on one of the governance themes which is important to me - "transparency". But more specifically, transparency of information: geological information, management information, joint venture information, as examples.

Let me make it very clear that my wish to discuss corporate governance is about bringing examples of the best examples of corporate governance forward in order that Spider Resources might emulate them.

By the way, it is unclear whether Neil Novak or any of the Board of Directors read the posts on this hub. Therefore, it is incumbent on our members, who wish to see Spider Resources follow corporate governance excellence, to contact the company via email and FAX with their input.
