It is Mr. Hamelin's tenure with UC Resources that I am interested in.

Tucked in this NR towards the end is the announcement of Richard Hamelin's resignation from UC Resources. The reason is unclear (at least I haven't been able to find anything.) Not much transparency here.

Have a look at the adjacent posts. They are interesting.

And for some reason or other, financials were not forthcoming and the TSX Venture had to cease the trading of UC Resources on November 6th, the same day that Jim Voisin was installed as the new President and CEO. (Needless to say, Jim has done a great job for UC Resources since then.)

I'm not drawing any conclusions about any of this with regards to the leadership capabilities of Mr. Hamelin. However, I am concerned. Other Spider Resources shareholders are concerned too.
