IMHE (In My Humble Estimation) it's highly unlikely that there'll be an SPQ spinoff. Too complicated with its JV situation and KWG. The more likely scenerio in the long term is a buyout of SPQ's topnotch chrome-base-precious metals; and then Neil would work some diamond plays. (He's always said that he wants to work on the diamond possibilities at Wawa.)
