Jonpo has a short post on Noront's board today.

I include one sentence here from his post:

"The poison pill [Noront's] that was drafted some time back is much too complicated, and is obsolete."

I can not comment on whether this true or not; but I am going to review the Noront docs up on SEDAR. If anyone can direct us to the appropriate document with the "poison pill statement" to save time that would be great.

In the meantime, Neil Novak is deeply involved with Noront (and probably flying home from Europe as I write), and will be watching anxiously as this drama unfolds. What happens with Noront will impact Spider Resources.

Remember, with 310 million shares (or so) outstanding, the retail shareholder of SPQ shares has shown that he/she can sway "stupid" thinking by voting "down" such stupid thinking.

The "Ring of Fire" continues to attract attention. And some of that attention is from sharks.
