Dor:

Good to have you on board. Nice to have your post.

You write:

"Mr. Novak has been friends with Mr. Nemis for over 30 years. I think a JV with a Rosseau BOD would be out of the question. Where does that leave Spider? Hopefully not all alone..."

As you are aware Noront Resources Lts. is in a rather difficult proxy fight with Rosseau Asset Management. Neil Novak is a very valuable part of Noront's team, and as such is probably spending the majority of his working hours in the middle of a battle which is not only impacting Noront Resources but will very likely impact SPQ (and sister companies like FWR) in the future.

Has Neil forgotten about his company, Spider Resources? I doubt it. And neither has Richard Nemis. The landscape (virtual, that is) of the Ring of Fire changed the day that Mr. Irwin of Rosseau Asset Management thought he could do a better job of managing Noront Resources (which we know is farsical).

When Noront wins its proxy fight with Rosseau, the next stage of the battle begins. Mr. Irwin has made it clear that Freewest Resources (FWR) is on its radar screen. Can SPQ be far off the same screen? Unlikely.

So unless Rosseau Asset Management crashes and burns because of this proxy battle, Spider Resources probably will have a gun sight aimed its way.

It is my sincere hope that there will be some really good drill results and assays from SPQ before the holiday season. With what Noront and FWR have found along with SPQ, there are millions of tons of nickel, copper, PGEs, and chromitite on their claims.

Neil Novak will not be all alone in the upcoming battles. His friends Nemis, Watson (FWR), and Voisin (UC) understand the serious nature of Mr. Irwin's effort to steal the wealth of these mineral finds from the small investor. Who knows, perhaps even Mr. Smith (FNC) and Mr. Palmer (Probe) have received a wake-up call.

Finally, Neil will not be alone because there are his SPQ investors, those men and women who worked (ironically) against the recent "reverse split" proposal - and saved the humble capital value of the company. We will be there the next time, too.

Humbly,

Snug
