Smart decision... a buy in at this juncture. As you have stated: "...see this as a great buying opportunity."
Unless the world stops building houses, ships, planes, pie plates, toaster ovens, bobby pins, etc., the world's consumers will soon again (six months, maybe?) turn to purchasing for their businesses and their homes. (Do they ever stop? - it's just a matter or degree.)
SPQ/KWG, NOT, FWR, FNC, PRB, and UC are in the "sweet spot" of the ROF - McFaulds Lake. And the world now knows about the mineralization under our now-freezing muskeg.
Did you read that Teck had to call "force majeur" this morning? They couldn't get a shipment out of the arctic because of bad weather and winter storms. Customers who were expecting shipments of zinc and lead won't get them. Know any ROF companies that have found some of this stuff? Any idea where a mine could be built, and a new road constructed? Got any extra power available on the grid? And what about some extra laborers?
These are not difficult questions to answer: Northern Ontario, Canada, the ROF.
So... buy more... sit back... drink a dram or two of your favorite beverage... and be patient. Good times are a'comin.
