Neil Novak wasn't in when I called from Victoria this afternoon. Elaine (Noront's office) thought he would be in tomorrow morning. I will call then.

Weather in Victoria is certainly not like that in Webequie. Lots of what I call "west coast sunshine" ---> rain. Much better than ice and snow. Ya gotta love it.
