although a PP sounds like a bad idea right now.... it is not.

hears why:

we have 3.2 million HARD CASH ...and they do not want to use this money for exploration funds.

exploration can be done with FLOW THROUGH moneys raised in PP'S

THE HARD CASH will be kept for emergencies... or opportunities that come forward ...and to formulate the 43-101 which Neil will be working on going forward.

after this 43-101 is complete we will be using it to negotiate with a partner ...a big partner (....or at the very least to raise in access of 10 million dollars for a very big drilling program ...also flowthrough)

as for the half million we raise now: it's done at a very good price ...5 cents when market is 3 cetns ...and the money will be spent to continue with some drilling in the FWR area. (...remember this fincing is able to be done in these financially bearish times only because SPQ in the ROF is a prominant force and well known to be a good prospect in canada's junior mining industry.)

assays are still pending and they are expected to be good ....as we can refer from the visuals ...but they take a long time due to nuclear methods used with chrome deposits.

meanwhile, in order to get the 43-101 done much work has to be done putting all of our drill results into perspective... outlining targets ....radiometric type analagies ...independantly signed off.

this is what some of the hard cash will be used for.

they would not be able to use the hard cash for exploration without BOD approval.

the future sounds very promising to me: even the very forseeable future ...like this month into the next

as far as the market sentiment goes ...well, that will happen when it happens.
