should it be tried again (...which i doubt very much will happen)

it's a lot easier the second time around. (they need 2/3 vote)

as well, hopefully we will get those directors who brought this forward in the first place, voted off the bod. (they do not own shares and should not be directors in the first place ...for this reason alone.)
