Job2...
In my latest telephone conversations, Neil indicated that he would like to do a share offering but not at these ridiculously low prices.
The last flowthrough offering was completely subscribed to, and it will be used for a 43-101 for chromite. I will be calling Neil in the next while to find out whether he has made a final choice for an engineering firm to complete this document.
(All investors should know that there is $3+ million in the bank for ongoing operating expenses.)
Finally, Neil will want to do a share offering at a much, much higher share price in order to reduce the number of extra shares and thereby reduce any dilutive effects. The money received from any new share offering will be used for more exploration - which will be a very good thing since Neil has a nose for the excellent mineralization prospects in the ROF.
