just out: good news this side of the pond :)

today, finally, U.S. existing home sales rose 6.5 % !!!!!!!

...and other leading indicators were up.

we are already one year into this recession.

and we may very well be now pulling back out ...today is a good example.

old england and many parts of europe may lag behind while resrtructuring takes place at all levels... but indeed there will be an up-turn eventually ...after clensing in jobs and money markets is substancially over.

if your invested in SPQ AT A TIME LIKE THIS then your one of the lucky ones because we have a real solid asset value in the ground ! ...and unlike "asset backed paper" we know exactly what it is ...more than that, we know it's an economic grade deposit.
