Add Shares Outstanding as a drag on SP and you have a more complete picture/ perception and timing consideration accounting for the relatively low SPQ SP.

Once the 'Big Daddy' deposit has a Resource Estimate the much larger Land Position will give SPQ a boost.

Here is why:

Recall they have already proved they have very decent Chromite hits on their Mc Fauld's East Property, just 3 - 6 km south east (I believe) of the 'Big Daddy' deposit. And knowing this I expect the 14 km long Chromite Corridor NOT/SPQ/FWR have been working on over the past 9 - 11 months has either a parallel corridor to the south east or a significant additional Chromite Intrusion occuring to the South east of the Main Chromite Corridor. And that discovery is all on UC/SPQ/KWG Property.

And in last Summer/Fall drilling UC focused on the Mc Fauld's Wast Property where they did not make any Typical RoF MASSIVE Mineral hit but did demonstrate the Mc Fauld's West Property has very good prospects for Ni/Cu and associated Minerals (PGM's and Zn among several other Minerals/Metals) as well as very significant Au potential.

Thus, once the Resource Estimate on the 'Big Daddy' deposit is completed, SPQ will be more willing to raise additional funds to both expand the 'Big Daddy' deposit AND work with UC in proving up the UC/SPQ/KWG JV Properties (McFauld's East & West JV Properties), each of which has many very prospective Targets already identified (with some also already drilled and proving very good mineralization is present) and only awaiting the Drill Bit to add more Drill Hits.

Of course it will be a long awaited boost once UC has their Mexican Au/Ag milling facility in full production, which all UC Share Holders are currently patiently awaiting for the results on of the Comissioning.

Under any other Market Conditions SPQ's SP would be much higher. Consequently, as Market conditions change from where they currently sit, all that can be expected is to see much improved SP moving forward. Market Conditions will be either/or/and a combination of broader Market Conditions AND/OR RoF Market Conditions - be that more Discoveries, more Buy - In's, and attempted Buy - Out's.

Timing in difficult TIMES!
