dear mr novak

i have been a shareholder since the late 90's.

i was somewhat dismayed today at the announcement concerning the pp. i was hoping to see something be arranged after the 43-101.

in a positive light i hope this marks the arrival of a 'major' who is now interested in spider. and i assume this entry to be similar to the recent arrangement kwg made with cliffs?

are you able to add something which would make me feel comfortable with today's announced move?
