hello to all "spiderinians"

i invested in spider on the advice of my accountant in Yellowknife in 1993 !

i have been an investor for 15 years.

i have paid as much as .18 cents for shares and as low as .02 cents

and i have worked tirelessly promoting this little junior many years before we had 8% copper, or good diamond results in WAWA, and indeed pge's and chrome.

in the last AGM of spider i voted over 2 million of my shares against the RS.

...AND I DID A LOT OF WORK educating investors not to support the BOD's action in this case.

...i remain respectful of Neil Novak and his expertise.

the present action of the BOD however is a completely different affair involving much needed financing in order to seriously drill and take care of business through the worst economic crisis since the depression.

this PP represents a BIG change in sentiment for the whole ROF and particularily for the "sweat spot" of the ROF ...WHICH we spiderinians occupy very prominantly, along with NOT and FWR.

there is nothing illegal about this PP as released.

in consultation with my own legal council, nothing about this PP is suspect

in other words thus far as it has been stated: it is as legal as making pop-corn in a movie theatre.

PP's are the life-blood for any JUNIOR and there is a lot of leisure and power given to the BOD's of juniors as pertains to them (....with-in a realm of vast descrepancies) ....this is why Juniors, historically live on to see another day.

again, all shareholders should really be feeling at ease about this and proud that SPQ is 1 out of 500-1000 other juniors who would have that much interest from majors in order to raise such healthy financing at a time like this.

now we are assured that we will be able to prove to the world the billions of dollars we actually have in the ground ...when that happens the added 4 million market cap will be extremely insignificant.

looking to the future with one big smile ...no need to worry now, even though we many be in a recession for another year or so ...just sit back and make money the "warren buffit way" ...PATIENCE :)))))
