For further clarification (although I think Don was clear, and perhaps he mentioned it previously), when Don mentions "chief", he is referring to the Assembly of First Nations chief, Angus Toulouse who resides in Thunderbay. Mr. Toulouse is on the Executive Committee for the AFN.
