We just try to put out as much info as we can for members of the forums. I used to hide in trading groups and keep info to ourselves but since the amalgamation of forums and investors, all assisting in one way or another to take on the big guys, it only seemed fair to me that everyone get the info no matter how important.

We let the forums decide. On the NOT forum we beat down a hostile take over. Many of you voted against the revers split. When people unite instead of fight, we all become much stronger and thus a force to be reckoned with. The offices all know this now and are taking note.

When everyone pulls together in this way, it seems only fair to me that all should benefit from the news that's flying around.

We harness it and attempt to put it into words. Sometime we are wrong, often times we are right but the dates are screwed up but we try none the less.

SPQ has a pp now. This is very telling. Find who put up the money for the pp and you all will find a couple of Majors.

Why would Majors put up funding for SPQ? These Majors, at least one of whom is stationed in Africa, is interested in SPQ. So is the other. I have an idea where the other is from but just can't verify yet.

So, it is not the fact that SPQ had a pp with further dilution, rather, it is SPQ with enough money to show these Majors what they have and also to pay for the arrangements and legalese required for a possible buy in, buy out or whatever.

So I leave this with you all to ruminate over. If anyone can verify or has an in with an office, give them a call and verify. Just to be sure.

This is huge news. There will be no cheap sale of SPQ. They have too much and it will require big money to get it.

I now must assist Snug by tracking down the Chief of the area. I want to eye ball him and discuss the road issue and see if we can get him on board with us.
