Question on SPQ PP

To the Forum:

On Nov 10th 2008 there was announcement of a PP for 10,000,000 shares and then there was a 2nd tranche on Nov 27, then it was closed on Nov 30th 2008.

This latest one is on Feb 10th 2009 for 78,750,000 million common shares.

My question is:

Is there a set time limit for the lenght of time it takes to complete.

I noticed other PP's not only with the last one SPQ had, but also other companys the time is 20 to 30 days.

Because of the size of this one, I would think that most of them are already gone.
