Do we have any such document out on SEDAR? Or are we blowing smoke on this one.

My understanding from Neil was that the 43-101 was to detail - as you put it - "they need way more holes" plus other technical things. The 43-101 is critical for a spring-summer drilling program - assuming the private placement is filled.
