The REAL Issue at Hand is the EXTREMELY ILL Advised and Excessively BADLY Timed proposed PP.

Ill Advised because there is Sufficient Cash on Hand to do EVERYTHING needed well into the Future.

K, yes, I looked at your post. Seems you can state something very clearly, though even you have not been willing to be unambigious. Seems you know the R/S stuff is a distraction and referr to the proposed PP, etc., but Given the Size of the proposed PP and % EFFECT it WILL have on the Control of the company, WHAT do you think the chances of KILLING any Ill Advised R/S will be?

JDF: in spite of your high energy and blunt opposition to all the Distraction BS Snug has initiated, all I can suggest is to save your breth and JUST do What ever You can Do to NIX the proposed PP. If you suceed all the Distraction respecting an otherwise NON-ISSUE R/S will purely scare tactics by Snug (and Co.) to lower the SP for personal gain. Snug will likely not accept this conclusion I am making but I MAKE IT based on History. Post History. Snuf must have had a few dozen Strokes of what ever. Can't account for his manner on SPQ in any other way!

To conclude: HOOV, given that you were good on the Geo-technical side and OSC/Exchange Legislation/Regulation, you have built some very good credability (up to this Snug initiated R/S distraction) but seem to have a very SPECIFIC blind spot Exposing now. Puting the Cart before the Horse (doing a PP as proposed) will Give those taking up the proposed PP the ability to go for the "As Yet proposed new R/S VOTE" at the fast approaching AGM. It seems very apparent to me that this is a very calculated move on the part of those wanting to do the R/S thing last year to try again with the Knowledge of having a further 19.9% of the Shares in their Picket. And even then they are still unsure of suceeding. I only hope that if the UNNEEDED current PP does manage to go through that they FAIL in any attempt to do a R/S any time soon.

The only good thing to come out of Snug's mischief is to make SPQ's Shares an even better BUY at the moment. Though that could all change if we allow the PP rape to happen.

For EVERYONE to NOTE: The Big Daddy DEPOSIT is defined by the Micron Report. All that is needed now is to Drill it up and let the Markets take their Measure of the Results.SPQ ALLREADY has the cash on hand to do JUST that!!!

Replacing the Entire BoD looks to be the Wise thing to consider now. So long as the proposed PP is Stoped NOW they departure is possible.

Thus, STOP the UNNEEDED proposed PP!!! !!! !!! and all Share Holders will benefit BIG TIME!
