Mr. JD ....there is no way we need shareholder consent for progressing towards our right to 65% ownership of our option agreement. ...this is absolutly not the case.
...and certainly, i cannot imagion a shareholder who would even consider pulling back from our rights to option up to 65% on this most mineralized claim
you seem to be suggesting that you would rather see SPQ not spend the required capital in order to fullfill thier right to this 65% if so ...that would be an incredible blunder and loss of value for our company.
our option on the freewest property has turned out to be a "gift from heaven" .
and yet we should give half of it up. ?????

make no mistake: we need the PP as proposed to do our extensive drilling on this program.
this money will be insignifant in the long term ...when considering the value of what we have in the ground in this optioned agreement ...it will prove SPQ as a viable contender for economics in a mine
