hi everyone:

last year after the AGM i brought this up ...and not surprisingly, i was "labled" as the kind of person who is negative or of being "in a rage all the time" :))

actually i am just a realist ...and very happy with my contributions in this often crazy but wonderful world !!

OK: I BELEIVE it's probably to late to replace directors this time around... as i pointed out last year it's something that should be worked on through a perscribed methodology over several months leading up to an AGM. ...THE FIRST STEP is to form and register a shareholders advocacy group.

in any event it is completely disgusting that directors have little or no shares ....they should be fired ... fired by those that do ...YOU & me :)

AND ...all our problems as company stem for this one ludicrous infestation: directors without shares act differently than directors with shares. (i beleive there should be legislation stipulating a minimum amount of ownwership for directors ...based on percentage and market cap)

oh well: until then, we must choos between the following:

• apathy and do nothing
• energy to do something about it.

just talking on this board does not go the distance.

i am ready if there are others who are willing to get serious about mobalizing what is necessary. ...our time and some of our money for the proper legal support will be necessary

if there are many of us, then it will not be too costly.

i made these points last year.

anyone remember.

maybe people just don't like me that much ...i guess for a lot of people, popularity is more important than substance and the ugly truths of life.

that's why George Bush was elected ...TWICE !! cause he is a cool guy. :))
