I would give 2 to 1 odds that Neil has been contacted by Cliffs. 10 to 1 that he has chatted with them in detail.

Neil and the BOD want a % buy-in. The odds are they will get it. Unfortunately it's going to be at 3 cents per share. Tis a pity. Wish it was the same as FWR's.
