Thanks, the negotiations on JV is an important area for discussion. FWR does have more 'cash' than others so could take on more of the cost of jv development but it would have to be a good deal for them to commit funds away from their 100% owned properties.
Guess we'll have to wait and see what comes because it's really hard at this point to put a value on the percentages currently owned and what the legal agreement says about someone not doing what they said they would. No way KWG or SPQ will default but it's going to cost them to get a change made.
