I appreciate what you are saying in that joking about backruptcy is no joke but it is also very important to put things into perspective.

There was a very heated debate at the beginning of the presentation and it was clear that Neil Novak was feeling criticized and defensive. It was an off the cuff remark and in my opinion did not in any way reflect his cognitive process nor do I give any credence to the idea that it is in any way on his radar as a possibe strategy for Spider.

In fact, some of us at the end of the meeting agreed that we wouldn't even mention that this took place as it clearly had no substance and I'm sorry that John chose to bring it up in his report.
