i have known Neil for a long time and i sincerely beleive he is a hard working geologist and a great director in charge of exploration. ...and yes he is a nice guy.

someone else should be president however, which would give Neil more time to find the motherload. (... promoting and investor relations is very important, along with strategic ownership and agreements and financial planning for the future)
