Neil Novak mentioned the other day when I chatted with him that he had talked with Cliffs. Whether anything will come of that discussion we can only guess at. Clearly NN is expecting a cash infusion but wants a minimal share dilution. Expect a 'staged PP'.

Reality tells me with the number of outstanding shares, NN will have to hit something very big (e.g., another Eagle One i.e., nickel) in order to move the share price to something like a 10 bagger. However, if there's anyone who can do it, it will be NN.
