This BMK NR mentions SPQ at least a couple of times. Why? Maybe they believe it gives some credibility. If so, fine. Moreover, the NR mentions the IBK is trying to find them $1 mil through a private placement. We know that Neil Novak has used IBK quite a bit in the past for SPQ's pp's.

For me the most interesting thing is the 'timing' of the NR. Clearly BMK wants 'to get in the ROF game', which to this point basically includes only Noront, Freewest, Spider Resources, KWG, and UC Resources [all sitting on the southern tier of the ROF].

Does BMK know anything more than Spider Resources (or any of the other players)?
