well, yes. ....i have made a good buck by trading 30 - 50% while always keeping a core.

about a year ago i did a massive re-ajustment ...going in with NOT and FWR and bringing down SPQ substancially. ...this prooved to be vital for me.

i finally had it with management and not owning enough shares and optioning off to UC, after we spent the last many years drilling out good results.

it's still a good peice of real-estate ...but you must be well diversified now.
