If this PP is fully subscribed, it adds another 90 million shares plus 90 million more warrants to the pot. It is what it is. I wasn't around for the last RS attempt so maybe I shouldn't comment, but I can't help believe that 1/2 billion shares will be to the detriment of any appreciable share price increase.
