So we have six months to the SPQ AGM. Lots has happened in the ROF since the last one. And the same stuff is in the ground as there was before the NOT-FWR kafuffle. And SPQ wants to drill for it. And perhaps Neil wants to look for more kimberlite.

Assuming SPQ is still around (I think so), what will be the big topics at the AGM in June? Maybe that dreaded RS will raise its head once again. Will the investor's reactions be the same? We know that Cliffs has been pushed by NOT to declare its real intentions. So there's a "major" on board in the ROF. And I think NOT is only going to get stronger.

So if SPQ can sell its latest offering of shares, will the timing for an RS in June be good? Would it be helpful for the SPQ investor? I think there's still a very strong potential for SPQ and its investors because we're "not in bed" with Cliffs or NOT.
