This "Letter to the Editor" is so important to not only Spider but every player in the ROF.
You can argue that NOT was premature in trying a hostile takeover of FWR or that they did it to shine a light on the whole ROF and Cliff's attempt to slowly accumulate shares in multiple holdings at a very low cost,
In either scenerio, what's done is done. The spotlight for the mining community is now shining brightly on the ROF and all of its players. There are posters trying to emphasis the pitfalls and delays that are possible here including environmental, aboriginal rights, open pit challenges, etc, etc. The bottom line in my view is that Ontario and Canada need this development to go ahead and when it does it will be one of the biggest mining development sites in NA if not the world.
Shareholders of all companies should have a very strong interest in the outcome of the FWR January meeting and proxy vote. We all need the present offer from Cliff's to be rejected and replaced by a bid that recognizes the value of the FWR, and by association the other ROF players, properties. We cannot let this first player to be bought out for pennies on the dollar.
So I urge all shareholders to do what you can to ensure the present Cliff's bid is rejected.
This has a direct impact on all other players.
All IMHO
