I think this was a done deal as soon as Cliff's got involved and there was no other bidder- retail treid very hard to stop this deal but to no avail. Junior mining companies are at the beck and call from the majors and there is little that we can do differently as small investors.

I have a lot of shares in Spider going back to 2005 and hope we get to prove up all of our assets before a takeover offer is made. that is the only thing we can do differently ....
