KWG will soon be a minor partner and CLF's Canadian front company for mine and rail development. CLF needs a Canadian company to expect any government assistance $$$ with the rail line. It is my guess the spider will be taken out soon, and that KWG will be the Bride of the New King of the Ring.

Our SP may be low but we are severly undervalued so I am looking at this as an oppourtunity.

The issue with the bands is a none issue. They want money and they will get it when a mine is up and running. They are people too and they like nice houses, boats, sleds and trucks and hey water they can drink out of the tap etc. A responsible mine opperator will have no issues but I can see a smelter royalty going their way very soon.
