SPQ when ...... the reality at this point though is CLF does not have the chrome wrapped up just yet unless there are behind the scenes agreements tabled (and frankly with how close Novak(SPQ) and Smeenik (KWG) are I would not be at all surprised).

What might come in to throw this thing off would be another major looking to scoop Noront with the savy to try for SPQ as well in order to have an " in " on the chrome play and the upcoming railroad that Chrome Canada(KWG/CLF) would be in control of to get the metals from the area.

That scenerio would push CLF into a quick attempt to takeover SPQ promptly , and likely at high prices taking into consideration the large outstanding shares as well. But it would not be for any $ 1.00 per share because Novak would not likely bite at that knowing the value of this play.

I own both SPQ and KWG for that reason and there is little doubt SPQ will go next to Cliffs in my opinion. But other majors coming for NOT could change the game here fast .

As a KWG shareholder I think I will have a long wait yet but we should see some Debut Diamond shares coming and also probably Chrome Canada shares if and when that company goes public as well.

Nice to see Clf has made nice profits , maybe the SPQ thing will come soon. CLF shareholders might hope so as well since another company grabbing SPQ out from under Cliffs would change the financial picture for the company in the ring of fire greatly.

How long can CLF afford to wait before taking SPQ?........................... glta
