There seems to be a concensus that this will happen. JD posted when he was in conversation with Neil Novak at PDAC that Neil said there will be a bid.

With SPQ hitting over 12 million shares traded today, and a share price of 7.5 cents, I guess a lot of people figure the same.

Whether Cliffs bids for SPQ is still pure speculation in my mind. However, we know one thing for sure. KWG will become the "operator" at Big Daddy as of April 1, 2010. I hope that date is significant for all SPQ shareholders - and not because it's A***l F***s D*y.
