Going to mix it all up and completely agree with you tonight, Snug. SPQ will be sold before the next AGM.

The real problem with splitting some of it off and selling just the chrome is the time factor. It all has to be arranged, permission obtained from the exchange, and then voted on, which can often take months to complete, whereas a simple buyout can probably be completed within a couple of months at most, so my guess says buyout.

Another big question you raise is the price. I have suggested that a 15 cent buyout could possibly succeed, while JD gives a pretty good argument for up to .50. No doubt it will fall somewhere in that range. Where exactly will likely depend on the next few days of trading. If there continues to be sellers at .075, why offer .25. If the selling dries up and drives the share price up, who knows where we will end up.

Best regards

K
