Net Smelter Return

My Question is still, How many shares does a person have to hold of one company of to get this the 1% Net Smelter fee and if that person hold both SPQ & KWG does the share holder get the fee for both stocks.

I would be apprehensive to sell any shares untill I get the answer. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
