I have a feeling that there are lots of talking at this time behind the doors, and between the corporate attorneys.

My guess is that Spider's chromite (and Ni..?) will go to CCC, and non-chromite (less Ni..?) will be rolled into DDI, which will be distributed to actual KWG and SPQ shareholders.

Many technicalities to envision, but at the end, I well see Neil Novak negociate a win-win deal, where we will get immediate $$$ (or CLF shares) AND shares in DDI or a similar corp, with anough cash in is coffers to continue drilling on diamonds and other claims.

I will certainly read a bit more of old infos that may well become up-to-date again...
