NO, I cannot prove that an offer is not coming. Can you prove an offer IS coming?

All of us have a reason for selling, be it a double, triple, etc bagger, but others just want to wait until they think they can get more (or maybe they will get less than they hoped for) I have an exit point, as other smart investors do. JMO

On another brigher topic, I would have thought that KWG would have been higher, today, compared to SPQ, but perhaps the buying has dried up on KWG and more investors are getting into SPQ.
