OT - Tax / TFSA help

I don't want to clog up the boards again with this, but looking at my portfolio, I am starting to get concerned with how it is structured in conjunction with my TFSA.

By the way things have been going here, I am concerned about Taxes and Capital Gains. Is there anybody here willing to hear me out and offer advice? If so inbox me so we don't plug up this board.
