RoF will have many mines, a railway to transport the ore, jobs and prosperity for our Northerners.

If I were in charge, I would put into place the "eco police" to make sure that every resasonable measure was taken to mine the area with the least amount of environmental impact. It would not cost all these large companies that are going to be operating up there a fortune to better control their environmental footprint. It's just they would never freely do it themselves.

I wish that there was a strong local governmental agency mandated to insure proper planning for all these workers that are going to flood the area. There should be civil planning and it should end up being to the benefit for those who live there now and the new communities that will be built.
