Hey Snug: I've worked in Canada from Chibougamou to Coral Harbour and Tuk and all points in between and one thing I always thought is that Queens Park, Ottawa, Edmonton or Saskatoon did not understand the north...I live in southwestern Ontario but truly understand the struggle of the north. I also agree that it takes vested interest to persuade the G-man on anything...money talks. So lets hit them with a plea that the collective gov'ts need to invest in the machine that created this country. Keep up the good work. regards, Foghorn
