Hi Snug: That's the way I meant it. I hope I did not offend anyone...and yes this is an opportunity to jump start northern Ontario and make it the envy of other provinces. Ontario has been slowly slipping into a "have not" position within the Dominion so it would be a fitting story to see us back at the helm and contributing as we always have. Regards, Foghorn
